Serve this lovely cheesecake to your friends and hear them gasp in admiration when you announce that it’s homemade. And you won’t even be lying, because it will be homemade, but just at somebody else’s home, not yours.
TCGIS parent Sylvia Radford’s much-admired cheesecake is traditional New York-style with a homemade graham cracker crust. The winner can choose between lemon-vanilla or chocolate flavor The 9-inch cheesecake is rich enough to satisfy 16, but enlightened through the use of Neufchatel cheese and skim milk.
