Enjoy gorgeous vegetables in a weekly box from Harmony Valley Farm! They will deliver a box of fresh, clean, organic produce once a week from May 6 to June 10, 2010 to one of 12 Twin Cities sites.
These early season boxes may contain Overwintered Parsnips, Sunchokes, Ramps, Sorrel, Rhubarb, Overwintered Spinach, Burdock, Chives, Asparagus, Arugula, Salad Mix, Green Garlic, Egyptian Walking Onion, Spring Radish, Saute Mix, Garden Herb Packs, Green Onion, Pea Vine, Hon Tsai Tai, Bok Choi, Baby White Turnips and more! A fantastic mix for local, in season eating!
About the donor: Harmony Valley is a family owned, diversified farm with over 30 years of experience producing high quality, organic vegetables and berries. They are located in an isolated valley in southwestern Wisconsin. They are dedicated to organic farming and believe strongly that it produces the highest quality, best tasting food while protecting the quality of our water and wildlife.
